Cranley Nursery are currently recruiting for a qualified member of staff for our Under 2’s playroom within one of our three nurseries. Cranley Nursery was first established around 21 years ago. We have won many Nursery Awards over the years including Nursery World Chain of the Year and Team Development.
The role is working full time. Working within our team, you will receive excellent training and support within a positive, vibrant and rewarding environment. The Management Team work closely together to ensure you feel supported, developed and challenged within your role.
Your role as an Early Years Practitioner within our Under 2’s will include:
- Providing high standards of care and quality
- Observe, support and extend children’s learning
- Work with appropriate legislation
- Nurturing and support new children
- Adhering to all individual children’s routines
- Work in partnership with parents
- Work as a team with other staff members
- Be flexible and willing to learn
- Provide a stimulating and positive ethos
- Good knowledge of the curriculum (however this is not essential)
- Work and adhere to all company policies
